Trainer

15 years as a technical training expert.

Involved in many touring shows projects for Cirque du Soleil as Head Carpenter.

Still for Cirque du Soleil, was Principal Technical Trainer for the Technical Training Department. The mandate consisted to train technicians working on all touring shows on health and safety and technical topics (Head tent technician program, rigging, forklift truck, forklift truck with telescopic, site marking, fall protection, aerial and scissor lifts, etc.).

Fabrice Blanchet
Trainer

20 years in training solutions and documentation development as a teacher, conceptor, writer and technical trainer.

Bachelor of Education (high school teaching). Taught french for 15 years to various young people with learning disabilities.

7 years as IT Trainer (Information Technologies Department), training coordinator and as technical trainer for Cirque du Soleil.

Developped educational tools and trained technicians working on all touring shows on health and safety and technical topics (Head tent technician program, rigging, forklift truck, forklift truck with telescopic, site marking, fall protection, aerial and scissor lifts, etc.).

Our philosophy

For our team , Health ans Safety on the workplace is highly related to competencies acquirement and, therefore, by a high quality of education.

Our pedagogy is based on an approach by competencies supported by about 20 years of experience in education and in development of learning materials and various pedagogic strategies.

In order to help our customers in short time availabilities, our team developped a skills recognition approach for most of our trainings. This allows to cover, in a short time, all the topics while measuring the competencies acquirement of each participant without neglecting the educational quality.

Our trainings meet CSST regulations requirements. ( Règlement sur la santé et la sécurité au travail du gouvernement du Québec).

Our trainings also meet requirements of the Law on labor's competencies development and recognition.
