FORKLIFT WITH TELESCOPIC MAST (8 hours)

(training held at MANULIFT's, with MERLO and SKYTRAK equipment)

This training is offered to operators who already followed thebasic forklift training and who have a good forklift experience.

At the end of this course, the participant will be able to:

estimate the weight of a load, to operate a forklift with telescopic mast safely, to understand the basic principles as well as the risks related to the machine; the participantwill also know how to perform a basic inspection and how to move loads safely.

 

Educational approach

• Prior to follow this training, the participant must have the forklift certification.
• Theoritical presentation and hands-on workshops.
• Written exam and practical evaluations.
• Day, evening or week-end classes.
• This certification is valid for 3 years.
• This training meets CSA B335-04 / ASME B56.1 standards and Health and Safety regulations (article 256.3).
