FORKLIFT WITH SLEWING TELESCOPIC MAST (8 hours)

(training held at MANULIFT's, with MERLO and SKYTRAK equipment)

The objective of this training is to operate a forklift with a slewing telescopic mast equiped with specific accessories from MERLO (manufacturer).

The accessories available with the slewing telescopic mast forklift are both lifting equipment, handling and lifting person (aerial work platform).

The training must cover the principles of slinging (lifting) common to the crane, use principles of aerial lift, and the principles of handling material (forklift).

 

Educational approach

• Prior to follow this training, the participant must have
  the forklift certification.
  
  
• Theoritical presentation and hands-on workshops.
  
  
• Written exam and practical evaluations.
  
  
• Day, week or week-end classes.
  
  
• This certification is valid for 3 years.
  
  

This training meets CSA B335-04 / ASME B56.1 standards and Health and Safety regulations (article 256.3).
